Sushant Singh

Many theories going around in market. One of the most believable is as under.
The main villains in Sushant’s murder are:
1. Salman Khan
2. Sooraj Pancholi/Aditya Pancholi
3. Rhea Chakravorty
4. Sandip Singh
5. Bhatt Bros
So here goes the real story:
Part 1: Sushant was very close to his manager Disha Salian, who was probably having an affair with Suraj Pancholi. No one knew about this affair but Sushant.
Part 2: Disha got pregnant with Suraj Pancholi’s child just the same way as Jiah Khan had. Pancholi didn’t want to keep the child and broke up with her for which Sushant fought with him and ended up getting in the bad books of Salman.
Part 3: Disha was repeatedly warned and threatened by Pancholi and Salman Khan to abort the child but she was reluctant, just the way Jiah was. Disha had shared all of this with Sushant because they had a good friendship. (Sushant was devastated on her death). Sushant must have stood by her.
Part 4: Disha completely stood by her decision so it was considered a danger to Suraj Pancholi's reputation. He already was tagged as a murderer(which he is by the way). Another pregnancy by him would tarnish his image. So upon discussion with Salman, they decided to get rid of her the same way as Jiah, by showing a murder as a suicide.
Part 5: On the other hand, upon hearing the news of Disha’s death, Sushant was devastated. He shared Disha’s secret with Rhea and Sandip, thinking of them as his trusted friends. But Rhea went out and vomited all out to Mahesh Bhatt. At the same time, the fraud Sandip was a good friend of Suraj and an informer of Salman Khan. He vomited everything to them.
Part 6: Now, Sushant was also a threat to them as he probably also had some hard evidence against them.

Sexual Energy to Spiritual Energy

TRANSFORMING SEXUAL ENERGY INTO SPIRITUAL ENERGY:                                                          Yoga is a science that emphasizes celibacy and the preservation of the vital fluids. In a broader sense, Brahmacharya actually means more than celibacy and refers to the absolute control of all the senses. A Spiritual Master gives a beautiful explanation why the preservation of the vital fluid is so important: “By the practice of meditation, Pranayama or other spiritual practices the vital fluids or sexual energy will be transmuted into a spiritual energy called Ojas Sakti. This spiritual energy or Ojas is stored up in the brain. This stored up energy can then be utilised for divine contemplation and spiritual pursuits. It is the process of controlling the sex energy, conserving it, then diverting it into higher channels. So many Yogis direct their attention to the accumulation of this divine energy by unbroken chastity. It is said that a man who has a great deal of Ojas in his brain can turn out immense mental work. He is very intelligent. He has lustrous eyes and a magnetic aura in his face. He can influence people by speaking just a few words. A short speech of his produces a tremendous impression on the minds of the hearers. His speech is thrilling. He has an awe-inspiring personality.
“The vital fluids of the human body is formed of the most precious tissue and energy of the body. Every drop of creative chemical fluid is said to contain eight drops of blood and the electric energy contained in those thousands of blood corpuscles. Each cell of the creative fluid is a condensed electric battery of a microscopic mental brain. To foolishly dislodge these mental and Astral storage batteries from the body weakens the vitality of the body and the mind, and makes the breath extremely restless. Myriads of life atoms and atoms of intelligence, like soldiers, remain lodged in the creative chemical compound. To drive them out of the body by being lured by the enemy of sensual temptation is to lose the soldiers of energy and mental power. And you will become a victim of the army of darkness, disease, weakness, fear, worry, dissatisfaction, melancholia and premature death. The mind is the operator that controls the breath, the Life Force, the vital power and all the functions of the body. Without its guiding power, all functions of the body cease to operate.  If consciousness completely departs from the body, from the brain and spine, then all functions of the body will cease to operate. Mind control leads to control of all the functions of the body. But mind control cannot control all of the functions of the body until it knows its own powers and the relative powers of breath, Life Force, and vitality in connection with itself. The person who tries to attain mind control by harmonizing breath, Prana, and vital essence will find quicker Liberation than the person who tries to attain mental control without the aid of controlled breath, energy, and vitality.”                                                                                  Om Kriya Babaji Namah Aum

H1 bids are being invited for providing service and generating revenue out of those service

It's about sharing of expertise and focussing on your core strenghth at the same time.

A public–private partnership (PPP, 3P, or P3) is a cooperative arrangement between two or more public and private sectors, typically of a long-term nature. In other words, it involves government(s) and business(es) that work together to complete a project and/or to provide services to the population

Entrepreneurship is being promoted and jobs will be generated. Also at the same time getting best of both worlds

If you want a operating system or a software you approach big software companies.....A manufacturing company does not start building a software from scratch......Likewise we collaborate to get better services by helping each other

We have PPP model working for airports for more than 15 years and has greatly changed the way Airports function and there has been no sale of Govt assets.
