Hinduism is a way of life. It's advantages are immense. It needs to be protected. If projected and promoted scientifically and emphatically then all are bound to benefit from it. The path is there. Only it needs to be illuminated enough so that every one can see it properly. If covered in darkness then people will fear it and revolt it. For the sake of good of mankind we all should come forward and make our lives simple and happy.

We have to choose the best. We can also adopt and change incorporating best practices. We need to leave behind practices not relevant or productive. We have to continuously evolve. Religious supremacist and hard core activism sticking to one belief and forceful acts will kill creativity and beauty from inside.

I hope and pray for good sense to prevail and appeal to the all supreme to have mercy on humankind so that we can adopt the best and keep evolving to survive.

 I am just against ideologies and practices which tries to restrict human imagination

We have lots of potential and can do anything.....

But some ideals tries to put down human efforts and undermine them by putting religion before everything

Education and Research

All university should set a target for themselves to produce one research per university. Central Government may evaluate such research and give ranking on the basis of the economic value of such research and popularity. Research which has most power to change the lives of the people should be ranked accordingly.

The central government may start a platform publish such research. The top 50 highest grossing research may be published . This will be the most prestigious platform which will showcase the Bharatiya talent. It can be used by other countries and can generate revenue. This will increase Bharat's Image globally as solution provider. People can subscribe to the research publication.

For example literature department can produce good stories poem drama. The same can be published for a fee or can be purchased on royalty in movies, theatre, drama, songs, you tube channels. The product which is the most popular and biggest grosser can be ranked accordingly.

Likewise respective language department can promote their language through publication or movies or theatre and can be ranked .

Philosophy Sociology Psycology department can do research in current issues involving the society. The research which is the most popular or has the capacity to generate maximum purchase or views in internet can be ranked accordingly. The research which can solve a social issue or a human problem based on severity can also be ranked accordingly.

Economic research can produce path breaking solutions for economic problems and can be ranked accordingly. The research which gets maximu. purchase or is adopted by most countries will get the  ranking accordingly..

Technology based research can also be ranked accordingly.

In this way we can make Bharat  a world leader in providing solution to global issues and also entertainment in most clean and scientific way. We can improve the image of our country and enhance the value of education .

Political Management

Something needs to be improved....The fault should be analysed so that in future it is not repeated

Some thing is going wrong somewhere. Detailed analysis will help to find out what is going wrong....Putting blame on someone else will only hide the problem.....The solution will never be found if we do no take blame on our selves

Running Government and Managing Party is two different things and needs different approach. Expert in Governance may not be expert in managing the party or ground level management . These two things should be separated .

Control mechanism to be enhanced

Reporting structure should be strengthened 

Day to day monitoring of activities should be done and where ever whatever is lacking should be taken care of

JNU Cost Benefit Analysis

JNU issue - there are a total of ~8000 students at JNU. Of this, the lion’s share of 57% students is of social sciences, language, literature & arts (4578 students) & International studies 15% ( 1210 students). Almost 55% of the total i.e. 4359 students are doing M.Phil. or Ph.D

Cost of running such University: Just how much does government spends on JNU? Look at the Profit & Loss account of JNU for 2018. This is hidden somewhere in the middle of an 600 page annual report. It should be the first section on annual reports.

So JNU spends about Rs 556 crores per year on its functioning.So what is the cost per student at JNU ? We can calculate. Rs 556 crore / 8000 students gives us Rs 6.95 lac per student annually.

Research, publications & patents at JNU: Assumption is that such high subsidy on "good talent" would be producing great research outcomes, right? Well, hardly.  There are no concrete claims on research & publications, no names of journals or publications worth mentioning.

You’ll find some mention of research in the placement brochure (yes they have one, although very superficial & doesn’t disclose any statistics about past placements). Here is what you’ll see in the name of research at JNU:

With 4360 students in M.Phil. & Ph.D. courses, there are hardly 1000 research “articles” published in Journals. The university doesn’t name any notable journals while making such claims. This implies that there is just ONE “article” published for every 4.5 students each year.

There is huge participation in international conferences. So about 2000 international conferences are attended every year. Again, not sure what materializes in those conferences. Certainly not the research papers or patents.

But there should be some patents at-least ? All that we find for patents is 4 names of Mr. Bhatnagar, Ms. Dixit, Mr Kar & Mr. Mukherjee. No patents by any other faculty. Number of patents by students ???

Education is the foundation of any progressive society

Professors are intellectuals who are supposed to do research and help in solving issues related to society and make make life easier. 

CSR of corporate cannot be equated with productivity of education.

We need educated people to guide the rest of the people. It's a sacred exercise

Research in sociology, philosophy, public administration, literature, economics can change and shape the society and give ease of living.

Our educational institutions should make a goal towards giving and producing  such prathbreaking research whichbis much needed in our current environment

We have to copy and paste from outside and everything is not suitable for our local needs. Hence we face problems

When will students and professors come out with pathbreakibg research papers which can solve social problems, make public administration better, develop robust economic models, give good financial advice, make other country look up to them for advice

With such quality we will be left with copy and paste option only

Microsoft Google Amazon Apple IBM  etc should be our aim else people like sundar pichai will always be found outside

There are so many emerging opportunities in form of artificial intelligence, block chain technology, Big data analytics, Cloud Computing, Internet of Things. Our Universities should achieve excellence in this and bring ease in living

We should not make ourselves a laughing stock. We have to gain respect of the entire world. We should be a civilization which will lead the whole world and remove darkness . Our actions should inspiring for the generations to come.

Control in Business

The best way to establish control mechanism in any business is to record every transaction. 

It is not only limited to Financial entry in form of Journal entry. The Journal entry is the final step. Records should be available right from conception stage itself and each stage should be interconnected with each other. The stronger the chain and the faster the data recovery the better the control will be.

In this digital age almost everything possible which is in manual form has to be digital and everything digital has to be connected with each other. In case the chain is not present or is not strong enough we will require huge manpower to check whether the data is flowing from one stage to another correctly. Errors can be inadvertent or intentional. In case of huge amount of transactions checking it manually is also not humanly possible. Hence the best solution is to connect every thing digitally. Making and robust digital platform is therefore must. However the cost benefit analysis is to be done and systems needs to be incorporated on the basis of complexity of transaction .

When you make a sale and collect money there are so many things which can be interconnected. Customer credit score, past payment records, credit limit, discount, pricing, contract, invoice, money receipt, reconciliation and disputed items. If everything is connected then breach of control in form of higher discount, more credit, over billing, late or less payment will be reduced to nil.

In case of vendor payments, approved budget, tender price, contract conditions, security deposit, late delivery, work completion, handing over, invoice submission, asset movement can all be interconnected to avoid breach of controls and avoid less or over payment. 

Vendor and customer satisfaction will also increase.

It can be done with blockchain but right now there is not enough incentives to do this at the mass scale. But this technology exists and is being deployed selectively in many use cases. Blockchain could be the the cornerstone for a Financially inclusive society where people at the grassroots level can be serviced with Corruption. It can create the most efficient system with full traceability.

I think this will be the future of ERP and cloud computing combined with internet of things and big data analytics

Data will be the king due to these technologies

Data Analytics can be helpful in many ways in demand forecasting, marketing optimization, optimal pricing, supply chain and establishing strategic network. Also in operations for production scheduling, site design, asset management and asset failure prediction. In distribution it can be helpful with transport routing and in procurement it can help in minimizing inventory, product t availability and quality issues.

ये कहानी शुरू होती है भूषण पावर एंड स्टील के दिवालिया होने के बाद। दिवालिया घोषित होने के बाद आप ऐसी कम्पनीज से पैसा वसूल नहीं कर सकते। हिन्दुस्तान में कोई ऐसा कानून ही नहीं था कि कोई दिवालिया हो गया तो उससे पैसे कैसे वसूल किये जाएँ  ? ? ? अब तक ऐसा ही चलता था। 2014 में आयी मोदी सरकार और बनाया गया NCLT (National Company Law Tribunal) 

अब जो भी कंपनी दिवालिया होगी उसे NCLT में जाना पड़ेगा। वहां बोली लगेगी। कंपनी नीलाम की जाएगी और पैसे वसूल करके प्रोमोटर्स, जैसे कि बैंकों को दिए जायेंगे। जिससे बैंक्स का NPA बढ़ता न रहे। 

अब बात भूषण पावर एंड स्टील और उसके मालिक संजय सिंघल की।  इनकी कंपनी १८ महीने पहले दिवालिया घोषित हो गई। इनके ऊपर PNB बैंक का 47, 000 करोड़ रुपया बकाया था। नीलामी की बोली शुरू हो गई तो टाटा स्टील, जिंदल और UK लिबर्टी हाउस ने बोली लगाई। अब  NCLT कोर्ट से फैसला आना है कि किस कंपनी की बोली स्वीकार की गई है। फिर उसी कंपनी को  bhushan पावर दे दिया जायेगा और बैंक का कर्ज भी चुकता किया जायेगा.. 

👉🏻 अब क्लाइमेक्स आया है, जब भूषण स्टील एंड पावर के मालिक ने NCLT के सामने एक ऑफर रखा है कि हम बैंकों का 47, 000 करोड़ का कर्ज चुका देंगे। आप हमारी कंपनी नीलाम मत करिये।

👉🏻 अब जनता को ये सोचना है कि ऐसे कितने उद्योगपतियों ने बैंकों  का पैसा खाकर और दिवालिए होकर ऐश काटी है। पिछली एक खास परिवार की सरकारों के समय में।

👉🏻 अब उन्हें लोन चुकाना ही होगा। और ये सब मोदी सरकार के बनाये क़ानून और NCLT जैसे संस्था बनाने से संभव हुआ। इसीलिए मोदीजी कहते हैं कि मैंने कांग्रेस के समय के loop holes (गड्ढे) भरे हैं। तो बिल्कुल अतिश्योक्ति नहीं लगती है।

👉🏻 लगभग यही कहानी रुइया ब्रदर्स, एस्सार स्टील वालों की भी है। उनका भी बैंक कर्ज चुकाने का मन नहीं था। दिवालिए हो गए। NCLT में लक्ष्मी मित्तल, मित्तल स्टील्स ने बोली लगा रखी है पर अब रुइया ब्रदर्स के पास 54, 000 करोड़ आ गया है और विनती कर रहे हैं कि हमारी कंपनी को हम ही खरीद लेते हैं। उसे नीलम मत करो और 54, 000 करोड़ भी  हमसे ले लो। 

अब आये हैं ये ऊँट पहाड़ के नीचे। अब तक इन्होंने खुद भी खूब देश के पैसे पर ऐश की और अपने आकाओं (खानदानी सरकार यानी काँग्रेस) को भी ऐश कराई। कोई समस्या आई तो फिर उन्हें डर काहे का जब उनके सैंया भये कोतवाल। लेकिन अब ये 'चौकीदार' की सरकार है। और इसके एक आह्वान पर पूरे देश भर में चौकीदारों की लम्बी लाइन खड़ी हो चुकी है। 

Total figure of NPA as given by Honble PM in 2016 is Rs 53 lac crore out of Rs 83 lac core of money supply in banking system.

The banking system was on verge of collapse.

Common people would not be able to withdraw their own money from banks.

Thanks to current govt this massive loot of common people has stopped

Apart from recovery of NPA of around Rs 3-4 lac crore Rs 4.5 lac crore has  already been given as capital to banks by current govt till date and this money is from the taxes paid by common people like us

Our entire proceses can be inter linked with each other. This chain formation between processes is developing as block chain technology which has tremendously improved control mechanism and plugged in leakages of funds and other loopholes.

All business decisions and respective data attached to it can be digitalised to have most efficient data analytics.

Nowadays approvals have become digital, tendering in purchases have become online. B2B reconciliation with customers have improved customer satisfaction. Payments are now also getting linked with tendering and ERP to make fastest and efficient way of making payments and monitoring work done.

This integration has made MIS also very effective and at a click of a button because all the data is now in digital form and can be processed in any manner as per the current requirements. Timely corrective action can now be taken faster.

Control over the established policies also is required to oversee whether business is being run as desired. Compliance to existing laws of the land is required for the sustainable future. Maintaining records and checking profitability in the business is required and so is maintaining adequate fund for the business transactions.

Also we need to look at our processes and review it with out of box thinking. In many ways we can save precious natural resources and yet maintain profitability. Waste to wealth is one such initiative. We can provide energy with waste like plastic bottles, kitchen waste, agriculture waste, industrial waste. The residue out of such process can be used as high quality fertilizer , free of chemicals.

Plastic bottle which is getting thrown away in oceans can be used in construction of roads.

If we adopt the right kind of technology every waste can become useful. 

Human resource can drive such change. It becomes prime important to have capable satisfied and happy people. There are so many things which we are carrying from past which is detrimental to productivity of human resource. Late sittings if encouraged on continuous basis then productivity will go down. Line managers if not monitored then attrition will go up and quality of work and loyalty to organisation will go down.

Corporate social responsibility caters to giving back to society in terms of culture, education, food. There is no end to greed. When resources are limited it needs to be shared with everyone else there will be clashes which will be detrimental for entire society.

Optimal utilisation of resources and  productivity is required in this ever increasing demand for consumption as resources will always be limited.
