Scarcity of good teachers can be resolved by equipping all classrooms with live streaming facilities or running pre recorded videos of lectures , explanation, teachings from great masters of that field. Other teachers can act as guide for follow-ups and monitoring. In this way we can improve the quality of education tremendously and ensure that sub standard  education is not passed to our next generation. Also , Online tests of similar pattern in all schools centrally will help to evaluate the school and help to identify the standard of education in each school.

Education is the foundation of any progressive society

Professors are intellectuals who are supposed to do research and help in solving issues related to society and make make life easier. 

CSR of corporate cannot be equated with productivity of education.

We need educated people to guide the rest of the people. It's a sacred exercise

Past

The past always comes back. Its stored in the brain at conscious or sub conscious level. It's your integral part. If not handled properly it can cause trouble.

The chain of this past is to be broken if it is uncomfortable. Many times it affects without us realising it. The worrying habit, the negative thinking, the despair, helplessness would have taken deep roots if not dealt properly earlier.

The roots of this past needs to be uprooted so as to make a fertile and receptive mind which is more full of positive outlook. Your experience which has made you a better person should take over the negative past.

You are addicted to thinking and hence you cannot control your thoughts. Most of our actions being part of routine is almost being done without much of conscious effort.

Bad thoughts keeping back naturally and thus difficult to control. It is part of the involuntary action like other such functions of the human body.

If you want a new and a better self then this chain of thoughts is required to be broken.

It has to be done with conscious efforts

Keep trying until it gives positive results.

Practice and more practice is the key.

Life will be complicated if you allow it to be.

Fear is the worst enemy in this pursuit and you have to overcome it. It is a very powerful emotion and in excess can create havoc in the system and create all sorts of imbalances. 

Faith that you can overcome your problems has to be developed. You have to keep telling yourself that nothing is impossible.

Meditation is a very effective tool if practiced correctly.

We find difficult to throw old paper even if not important out of fear that we will loose something which will be useful later. Hence shredding away the past attachment s even if very negative is difficult to loose. Only when we are truly enlightened about the negative effects we take steps. Meditation helps in realising that.

Society

Ram Rajya is a concept which aims at establishing a perfect society. An individual can attain happiness for themselves but an adverse surrounding can destroy that. No one can live in an island of their own.

To attain individual peace we need everyone to be at peace else we will get hit by the negative force one way or the other.

Many great men women in past and in present have played their role to achieve this. They devoted their time and energy to spread peace and happiness amung us all.

These great people were different in their approach and understanding of truth and conveyed the message accordingly. Clashes began happening when people found contradiction of their belief in others and tried to establish their own belief considering it better than others.

Many succeeded while some faced resistance.

Weaknesses of human nature caused disturbance in the harmony.  When people start believing in something very strongly it becomes difficult for them to think otherwise. No one is wrong and then begins the fight for the might and the right.

The problem can be solved if there is only one leader in this whole world. But everyone wants to become that leader. Who will judge and decide on that leadership. There is No consensus.

This is also an opportunity for everyone to spread their understanding and leave the people to decide which is the best. But again the other human weakness of jealousy takes over where people don't want to be second to anyone. Dilution in principles and practices happen to win at any cost.

We need a leader who can be so selfless that he can keep fighting the negative forces to uphold the righteousness and to protect his people and society without expecting anything in return .

Mother nature has given such great leaders in the past too but every time the fight continue. We require such leaders in every age and time.

Such leaders have the toughest time for themselves and they suffer individually like no other but they still work for the people and the society.

I hope and pray for the strength required by such great leaders of our age.

However if non GST supplies are also integrated in the current GST portal and e invoicing wef 01012020 also includes non GST supplies then Government can save a lot of money in maintaining two parallel systems.

Payment and return of non GST supplies can be done through GST portal even though sales tax and excise is applicable.

C Form F form and other declaration forms can be easily monitored through e invoicing . when customer confirms it forms can be generated automatically and can be viewed from system.

Centralised payment system can be made for large companies which can file return and make payments centrally for registrations taken for all the states in India through bulk upload system. All the data will be available in e invoicing and only proper codes are required for uploading returns or making payment.

This will reduce cost, make procedures simple and introduce better control mechanisms.

Nutrition

Focus on Nutrition and not Just Calories

• Wight loss is one of the wonderful side-effects of eating correctly.
• Every thing herbal is not necessarily safe. Nicotene and Marijuana are herbal too.’
• Loosing weight the healthy way. Otherwise people loose weight with jaundice, malaria, TB
• Minute we are off the diet all our weight is back and in terms of fat weight. Body composition is worse. We loose muscle and bone density. 
• Human body is designed for continuous activity
• The least we can do is 30 to 45 minutes exercise for 3 days a week
• Body works on one principle :- Use it or loose it
• Without exercise we loose our bone density and muscles and loosing it is called ageing.
• Driving a car without bothering about which fuel is put insie?
• Same as “ as long as you exercise , its ok to eat whatever you want.
• Exercise is a part of adopting a better lifestyle but it is not an alternative to eating right.
• Crash diets dangerous- As we loose weight because the lean body weight comes down while fat body weight remains same or increases. One KG Cotton and One KG Iron weigh the same but looks different.
• Weight is no indicator of fitness levels.
• Greater lean body weight (Bone and Muscles) greater is the fat burning capacity.
• Ideal fat percentages should be under 20% for men and 25% for Women
• BMI only considers weight and not the contribution of fat weight to total weight

Finance Manager

Finance manager aims at profit and wealth maximisation. Financial management primarily deals with Financing, Investment and dividend policy decisions. It also focusses on preparation of financial statements and control mechanisms.

He has to decide financing needs of the entity, raise funds from various sources like banks, primary equity market, debentures etc and allocate the funds for fixed assets or working capital. Surplus funds are invested in non core business activity like fixed deposits, shares, debentures, real estate etc.

The profits after taxes has to be distributed to shareholders as dividends or retain in the business for future expansion. He has to also monitor the use of the funds by establishing control mechanism. He calculates the actual outcome with budget and also prepare financial statements to project the performance of the entity.

There are various methods to control and monitor the financial activities and check whether the business operations have yielded desired results.

Cost of capital is calculated to check whether the return on investment is substantially higher or not. In case of adverse figures he reports the same and advices all concerned to take adequate steps to improve the financial health of the entity.

He also monitors the operating and financial leverage to check how much the profitability of business is dependent on sales or the financial debt taken by the entity. He has to maintain debt level at comfortable levels and also analyse the impact on profits on changes in Net sales or income.

Current Assets and liability can be converted in cash in a short period of time say one year. It is considered life blood of the organization. Finance manger has to ensure effective working capital management to ensure smooth running of business and avoid adverse impact on profitability. The finance and holding cost of inventory has to be minimised. There are several ratios which is used to monitor working capital management.

Current Ratio is current assets over current liabilities. It should be in the range of 1.25 to 1.75. High ratio means high levels of cash , unrealised debtors or high levels of inventory. Very high ratios indicate that the either the cash is not getting utilised due to lack of business opportunities or debtors are in default or inventory is getting piled up due to low sales. Low ratio signifies inability to pay short term obligations like payment to creditors for purchases.

Working capital turnover ratio is calculated as Net sales over Working capital. A high ratio indicates capability of the firm to generate high sales with less investment in working capital.

High inventory and debtor turnover ratio also indicates maximum sales with less investment in inventory and high speed in which debtors are converted in cash respectively.

In case of adverse ratio finance manager immediately takes up the issue for corrective action by activating field force for clearing old inventory or collection of old debts.

Generally Finance Manager tries to balance the maturity of the debts taken with the nature of investment. Short term loans for working capital and long term loans are taken to finance fixed assets and other long term investment.

There are certain profitability ratios which a finance manager considers to evaluate the financial health of the entity. Gross profit or Net Profit over Net Sales.

Return on investment is calculated as Net Profit over Assets or capital employed or shareholder funds.

In overall finance manager is the eye on the corporation. He monitors the business activities by keeping record of all the transactions and analyses them. The financial statements and other information prepared by him is used by the management to improve internal control and take corrective action to plug loopholes. His information is also used by external stakeholders who sees the business through his eyes. His data is audited by various agencies to authenticate his findings and report.

He has to ensure that rules and regulations are adhered to. The same is achieved through Financial concurrence, internal audit, self audit and internal monitoring.

Each  significant business decisions or transaction is also vetted through Finance department. All possible aspects had to be checked with due diligence before the final approval is accorded and business decision is implemented.

He also has the responsibility to re engineer the current business process. Use of advanced computing tools to make system more robust, user friendly and cost effective.

Trinity

Mind at growing stage is Brahma. It is the creation stage. It is aggressive and trying to control things. It beloved nothing but self. It tries to control nature.

Shiva is the state of mind where it realises the futility of it all and tries to renounce it. It draws away from it and hence tries to destruct whatever mind has created this far.

The point in life is not to satisfy hunger. The point of life is to outgrow hunger. Because the hunger cannot be satisfied we seek pleasure, we get it and then we get addicted to it. We keep wanting more and more of it which ultimately leads to unhappiness.

We seek happiness outside whereas the everlasting one is from inside.

meditation and beyond

Very simple things are often ignored and complication is reverred. We tend to believe that good things cannot be found without complicated efforts. We just need to look inside and trust our instincts.

If we can get happiness just by doing nothing then we should accept that. Instead we do all sort of complicated procedure and then only feel satisfied.

Meditation is one of the very effective way to achieve happiness in a very simple manner.

When we meditate we actually allow us to connect to the universe energy.

We are a product of our thoughts and letting it go can give us freedom from the joys and sorrows which mind produces as after effect of these thoughts.

We feel the identity which our mind has given us is real just like in dream we find everything real. 

Our whole world revolves around our created realm of reality. We refuse to come out of it. We find it most comfortable even if it is the cause of our miseries and sufferings

The connection with the universal energy can give us eternal happiness. However we fear for our survival and of loosing the identity which our thoughts have created for us. We find very difficult to come out of the world which our mind has created.

Great minds see the difference between the world created by Mind and the universe energy. The bliss and sufferings with or without it.

It is however not easy and only a matter of choice. It requires substantial practice and devotion. Mind and thoughts will lure with their attachments in the past.

Only a strong determination and devotion can make us cross the bridge between the mind and the eternal energy.

When noise reduces and then you can be in sync with cosmic energy

When you are in sync...That is what according to me is sustainable happiness

Because that cosmic energy is anand itself

All must see the peace the calmness and the anand or euphoria in meditative stage of the samadhi state of our great spiritual leaders

That state is pure bliss and except that there is complete void. We all are some where in between

I think this bliss is the energy cause atoms to vibrate and produce sound electricity and light and thus the creation

Maya

Most of the time we are worried about results. We seek happiness always but end up seeking things which causes us unhappiness. I am not sure what causes happiness or unhappiness. As a same thing can bring happiness for some and unhappiness for others. Thus it is a very relative thing which variws from individual to individual.

We all want happiness and chance things to get happy. But in the end we get happiness momentarily.

Happiness is a state of mind. Mind is full of thoughts. Sometimes it is conscious and also out of habbit. These thoughts brings us happiness and also unhappiness.Hence to be eternally happy mind should be without thoughts

The cost of eternal happiness is the joy and sorrow which is associated with thoughts. These thoughts are associated with feelings which makes us both happy and sad..

The universe or even beyond is consisting of energy. Matter has emerged from this universal energy. We can thus say that all matter is connected with each other through this universal energy.

We can realise the power of this universal energy within ourselves. When mind is clouded with thoughts we get engulfed with feelings associated with it and thus get disconnected with the energy source . This is also an ego state where the individual is cut off from the universal energy.

In order to get eternally connected to the universal energy we need to abandon the thoughts. We have to surrender our thoughts to the universal energy and loose the identity mind has given us.

We all have the choice to remain connected with the eternal energy and be eternally happy or choose to swim in thoughts which our mind has to offer and be prepared to get associated with the feelings each thought is bound to cause.

The web of thoughts can be called MAYA and the person connected to the universal energy by abandoning thoughts can be SACHITANAND.

There are many ways to find GOD. The most easy pleasant and fast is what all of us want. There are several options before us shown by Great Souls. People follow what is most appealing to them. This universal concept is applicable for almost anything. The greatest challenge is to maintain the purity of heart and only they can attain the supreme soul. Somehow hate and violence being essential part of Human Nature also finds its place in this pursuit. I think the most important yardstick is the acceptance of people as they are a  part of the supreme soul and what appeals to people at large is what will appeal to the supreme. Professors of sociology, public administration, philosophy and psychology should come forward with research works which can be implemented for betterment of culture, society, behavior of people in society, making language more attractive, establishing the core of Bharatiya culture and what it stands for, what is expected from people to establish a progressive society, how to make public administration more effective and involve public participation.

People benefit from hatred and rift. Hatred can be between two Individual, community, culture, Nation, religion. Even Bharat is getting defamed worldwide due to spread of such hate and benefit is then enjoyed by some one else.

We take pride in our culture.

It's time we find peace in Bharatiya culture and explore and establish it as an inspiration for the entire world.

But exactly the same is the outcome from modern day sports

People going through these negative emotions for years and taking pride out of it

What is the impact on society? 

What kind of persons we are getting surrounded with?

Our Gods associated with learning, Dance, Music, even weapons and killing (for self defence) but could not find references to something like modern day sports....Is it correct?

Threats being given by private telecom operators.

There are very few business house who control the 80% wealth and therefore economy 

If one fall down the impact on economy will be immense and Govt performance will be questioned

Private companies do fall down badly. In Reliance we have apt example. If one brother is a success other is not that. In fact falling pvt sector brings huge exposure for country. Foreign equity and loan and give indirect access to these pvt firms which fall down

This is the reason we  need PSU. If BSNL is there their threat will not be effective.  If there is no PSU in this sector and considering it to be most essential in nature in modern times the bargaining power of privately owned organizations will be immense. IF Essential services like telecom , Oil , Transport, Food and Defence is operated by PSU then Govt is saved from possibility of arm twisting by few individuals who controls the Corporations

Pollution

If we try to control pollution then economic growth will be severely affected rendering millions jobless and malnourished

Banking Credit

There is  strict law for controlling defaults in credit given to corporates. However due to few defaulters entire industry suffering due to poor credit flow. Economic growth is getting affected by this. What is the solution? Its public money savings which is financing economic activity. In past the same was misutilised and the trust is now broken. In order to revive economic growth this trust is to be reestablished. Banks to have strict compliance and as well as soft hand for genuine business losses.

Thing is that due diligence should b made before sanctioning the loan and any default taken care of in the first instance.  See the way they sanction home loan. They pay the builder directly keeps ur property mortgaged  keep signed cheques for recovery in case of default. Why the directors' personal properties are not taken as collateral?

If everyone follows procedure it is good for entire business and economy 

Money is wasted in frauds and defaults which are deliberately done and the same needs to be checked at all costs
