Something needs to be improved....The fault should be analysed so that in future it is not repeated
Some thing is going wrong somewhere. Detailed analysis will help to find out what is going wrong....Putting blame on someone else will only hide the problem.....The solution will never be found if we do no take blame on our selves
Running Government and Managing Party is two different things and needs different approach. Expert in Governance may not be expert in managing the party or ground level management . These two things should be separated .
Control mechanism to be enhanced
Reporting structure should be strengthened
Day to day monitoring of activities should be done and where ever whatever is lacking should be taken care of
