Central Government may evaluate such research and give ranking on the basis of the economic value of such research and popularity. Likewise respective language department can promote their language through publication or movies or theatre and can be ranked .
Philosophy Sociology Psycology department can do research in current issues involving the society. The research which is the most popular or has the capacity to generate maximum purchase or views in internet can be ranked accordingly. The research which can solve a social issue or a human problem based on severity can also be ranked accordingly.
Economic research can produce path breaking solutions for economic problems and can be ranked accordingly. The research which gets maximu. purchase or is adopted by most countries will get the ranking accordingly..
Technology based research can also be ranked accordingly.
