We can work and we can work effectively. To make work simple we break it in convenient part. However we need to keep integrating different processes to derive synergy of operations to save time and reduce cost. The way we work will determine our ultimate product. Ultimately we need maximum revenue and lowest cost.

Information Technology with Artificial intelligence,  Big data analytics, cloud computing, internet of things, virtual world has thrown up countless opportunities to revisit and re engineer our existing way of doing things. We need to form birds eye view over entire operations and business to develop holistic approach in reviewing existing processes.

Our entire proceses can be inter linked with each other. This chain formation between processes is developing as block chain technology which has tremendously improved control mechanism and plugged in leakages of funds and other loopholes.

All business decisions and respective data attached to it can be digitalised to have most efficient data analytics.

Nowadays approvals have become digital, tendering in purchases have become online. B2B reconciliation with customers have improved customer satisfaction. Payments are now also getting linked with tendering and ERP to make fastest and efficient way of making payments and monitoring work done.

This integration has made MIS also very effective and at a click of a button because all the data is now in digital form and can be processed in any manner as per the current requirements. Timely corrective action can now be taken faster.

The residue out of such process can be used as high quality fertilizer , free of chemicals.

Human resource can drive such change. It becomes prime important to have capable satisfied and happy people. There are so many things which we are carrying from past which is detrimental to productivity of human resource. Late sittings if encouraged on continuous basis then productivity will go down. Line managers if not monitored then attrition will go up and quality of work and loyalty to organisation will go down.

Corporate social responsibility caters to giving back to society in terms of culture, education, food. There is no end to greed. When resources are limited it needs to be shared with everyone else there will be clashes which will be detrimental for entire society.

Optimal utilisation of resources and  productivity is required in this ever increasing demand for consumption as resources will always be limited.
