Systems required to be made by PM so that all below him and part of system works as desired
It's duty of PM to set up such system.
PM has addressed such issues by DBT and other measures
Accountability control and reporting and use of technology has made systems transparent and efficient.
Systems help...Otherwise no Pvt or Govt organisation will be able to function
