Parliament and Court

As per current laws salary is payable unless parliament passes laws for curbing salary in certain circumstances
Vikash Agarwal  but how can a high court judge pass any order When his own salary is linked to it?

It is as per the act passed by law ministry and act not passed by high court. There will be no conflict of interest. HC can interpret any law passed by state assembly  and can term them unconstitutional. They have this right as per Constitution. PIL ( public interest litigation) also affect HC and SC court judges as citizen or public. There is no conflict in those cases and hence no conflict in this case also

Vikash Agarwal so which one is Supreme parliament or SC

Vikash Agarwal that's secondary. I think SC cannot overrule elected parliament. Sc judges has become megalomaniacs. They forgot thier jurisdiction and overstepping limits

SC can only interpret Constitution or provisions of any Act passed by govt
CG or SG are free to pass any laws And courts are free to interpret them in case of litigation

Courts cannot pass or enact any law

Only parliament and assemblies can pass a bill and make it a Law

Parliament and Assembly can over rule a judgement by passing new law in parliament or assembly....No one can stop them

But once an Act is passed and laws framed And  dispute arises then SC is supreme
